Vincent Ware
Mr. Vincent Ware Sr. brings over 25 years of experience in community organizing, advocacy, project and program management, workforce development, government contract compliance, and youth development programming. His work spans South Florida and Greater Boston, where he collaborates with government leaders, nonprofits, and for-profit entities to develop essential community services. Mr. Ware's career began as a School Coordinator for the Youth Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County, where he trained advisors and organized crime prevention programs. He then became a Program Specialist at the NIA Group Inc., implementing programming to develop life and academic skills for middle school students. His success led to his promotion to Vice President of Programs, where he directed and coordinated activities in line with organizational goals. At the Urban League of Broward County, Mr. Ware managed Juvenile Diversion, Crime Prevention, and Black-on-Black Crime Programs. He continued his commitment to youth development at the Opportunity Industrialization Center of South Florida, managing the SOAR program for justice-involved young adults, equipping them with academic and vocational skills. In Massachusetts, Mr. Ware is involved with the Muslim American Society of Boston, the Greater Boston Reentry Task Force, the Greater Boston Interfaith Organization, and the NAACP. He has held significant roles, including Vice President of the South Florida Muslim Federation and board member of various juvenile justice committees. Mr. Ware was nominated for the African-American Achievers Award in 2017. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Juvenile Services with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. Currently, at CAIR-MA, he oversees community outreach and media engagement. He is passionate about creating impactful programs to address local, national, and international issues
